About

This blog is about my love for photography. Nearly everywhere I go I try to grab a camera and be creative. I want to share my photographical experiences with people who appreciate them and I hope to get inspired by other great people who feel the same.

I started taking photos more serious because of my passion for the movies and their powerful images. I mean it, you can call me a film-junkie. In my opinion movies are able to create the greatest feelings. It’s beyond perfect when you are able to lose yourself and forget everything around you while watching a good movie. Just in case you feel the same please follow me on Twitter. I love to get involved with other people and to discuss films.

So basically starting by nearly only shooting architecture I really fell in love with taking portraits over the last few years. To me it isn’t necessary for a great portrait to be staged. Sometimes it is enough to be in the right place at the right time although this is easier said than done of course. Using both, analog and digital photography, I want to create images that represent me and how I am as a person.

Of course I always want to improve in being creative and taking photos so I would appreciate it if you stop by and leave a note wether you like my work or how I could have done better.

I would appreciate it if you visit my Tumblr, as well. There I only post black and white photos.

Take care!

Julian
